Payment term

• Advance Payment Applied for accommodation. (minimum 1 night)

• FOR LONGER STAY guest,  EVERY week bill will be processed

• Payment acceptable at SIR Kanawa are

  • Cash in Rupiah / USD / EUR / JPY, foreign currency is calculated by daily exchange rate at SIR Kanawa (based on Flores Banks)

  • Travelerfs cheque is accepted in USD/EUR Only and Passport copy is required

• All activities and consumptions Guest(s) are required to sign the bill, payment will be issued upon request or prior to check out, for outside guest payment is cash base.
